How to free yourself from what’s holding you back.

When we are feeling stuck, 99% of the time, we do it to ourselves. We indulge in the double act of behaving as Warden and Prisoner simultaneously.
Both are not needed. Freedom is the path to Emotional Happiness.

Some reasons for feeling stuck emotionally are:

1. PEOPLE. We may be alone, feel disconnected and therefore alone or feel that those around us neither understand or love us. The answer lies in accepting that we can only change ourselves. In doing so, we can attract new people who are of our wave length, or, people from our past who love us.
2. PLACE. We may be feeling unhappy at the work place or residence or both. This could be due to feeling emotionally claustrophobic, lonely, unhappy, unable to sleep. This can make us feel stuck. In such a situation, change in the energy field can be a first step. Simple things like shifting furniture, a new colour of paint on the walls or just changing curtains can help immensely. If finances are good, a move can do the magic.
3. POSESSIONS. Hoarding can be a cause and an effect in feeling emotionally stuck. Things which we don’t need, can be given away. It helps the subtle energies to flow. The space can exhale. It frees us from unnecessary attachment and at times, negative emotions reminded by the old possessions. Some people feel stuck because they don’t have enough.

One should keep in mind, solutions are always available. Also, solutions I suggest are always very simple.

The smallest key can open the largest vault.
