How to find/interpret your mystical experience:

A mystical experience transcends the 5 senses of taste, touch, hearing and smell. Ironically, a mystical experience, though very beautiful, is difficult to describe.

A mystical experience lasts only a few seconds but seems like an eternity. One feels like a higher spiritual power has lifted you into a very beautiful realm.

The steps are:

1. Sit alone in a comfortable posture. Be calm and totally relaxed.
2. Choose the method that helps you relax and detach from the mundane world around you. This could be one or more of the following:
   • Prayers
   • Meditation
   • Chanting
   • Music
   • Breath control
   • Go within
3. A mystical experience may be a simple happening like deja vu. The key is to take the experience beyond logic.
   Being receptive to communications from the world beyond is the key.
