Vlog – The Abode of Spirits: Do Ghosts/ Spirits Exist? Exploring Where They Like To Live

Abode of Spirits:

Let us avoid words like ghosts. This word seems to bring fear in our minds.
Let’s call them spirits. Also, let’s realistically examine whether spirits exist? And if they exist, are they good or bad?
Upon the mention of good spirits, the first impression that comes to mind is that of ancestors. Many cultures all over the world, believe that the spirits of ancestors protect and guide us.
Conversely, a bad spirit could be someone who has been wronged during the lifetime on earth or … yes this is possible. A spirit, wronged or disrespected while they were in the spirit world.
And, if these spirits wronged in their lifetime or after death may wish to get back or punish us. We would categorize them as bad spirits.
Example: I had a relative in India who contracted eczema all over one foot. Inspite of being under the care of skin specialists, no medication seemed to work.
She consulted a spiritual advisor who, told her that she had stepped on a grave and had unknowingly, infuriated a spirit.
My relative was prescribed prayers and visualizations to apologize to the wronged spirit.
She followed the spiritual advice. The eczema faded and vanished within a matter of days!
She has never had it since.

Humorously, one can assume that pranksters in real life become mischievous spirits after passing!

Where is the abode of spirits?
The 3 places where spirits live are:

1. Burial grounds, crematoriums. Many cultures believe that these are places where spirits finally cross over from. These are the crossroads or junctions where some may still linger.
2. Places not frequented by humans. Old buildings, dark caves and isolated areas.
   I firmly believe that both areas mentioned above are places where the emergence of negative emotions is natural. Add the stories handed down by generations and of course the visuals of horror movies. These will a collective consciousness of fear and fuel it with imagination. Voila! The abode of spirits is ready!
3. The third is the true abode of spirits. It’s our mind.
   We store negative emotions like fear. This gives rise to doubts and confusion. We then allow the creation of spirits as we understand them.

In conclusion, spirits are beings without a body. They merely have a luminous body. They are not scary, bad or mischievous. They just want to co exist with us.
Let us learn to co exist with them peacefully.
